Unlike our other modules, Module 03 does not feature a kitchen or bathroom, allowing the flexibility to be situated anywhere without the complexities of plumbing and water supply connections—though these amenities are available upon request.

Module 03 features an expansive framing window, allowing abundant natural light into the space. Positioned correctly on site, Module 03 can capture and frame the breathtaking views that New Zealand has to offer.

Our modules are crafted for effortless integration, enabling you to seamlessly combine them into larger, adaptable spaces tailored to your changing needs. Module 03, as showcased here, can function as a singular accommodation or flexibly expand to accommodate a growing family. With uniform materials, shapes, angles, and details, our modules harmoniously blend together, enhancing the aesthetic appeal of any site.

With Module 03's dimensions of 5.5m x 4.0m, transportation and placement are made easier. On-site, we only require initial site preparation and pile set out. Afterward, we can simply position the module, connect the pipes and electrics, and it's ready to go.
